Fola (FA) is the CEO and Managing Director at Elite Union Homes, with over 25 years of expertise in real estate investment and multi-housing development. He also serves as the Executive Director of Finance and Strategic Business Development at Teeforcon Associates Limited and is a Managing Partner at Base4 Investment Limited. Fola's career includes roles as a technical expert at Stelling Properties, with recognition in both England and Nigeria. He is affiliated with the Nigeria Institute of Managers (FNIM), the Nigeria Institute of Marketing (AMNIM), and the Institute of Residential Property Management (MIRPM), UK. Fola is also a registered member of Ombudsman, UK, and is pursuing an LLB in property law. Married with children, he balances a distinguished career with a fulfilling family life.

General Manager

Adebayo Teslim Ishola Adewale, a seasoned finance professional, has over 25 years of experience in financial management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at Mainstays Homes and Properties since 2018, he previously held senior management roles at Giga Properties and Vaterra Nigeria LTD. Adebayo began his career in public service with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency and the Oyo State Ministry of Education. He holds a Nigeria Certificate of Education obtained in 1989 and is committed to driving financial excellence and operational efficiency in his current role.
